Frequently asked questions
What should I look for in safe baby bedding?
Always choose crib bedding that meets current safety standards: a fitted sheet only for infants, no loose blankets or pillows in the crib. Look for OEKO-TEX or CertiPUR-US certifications to ensure no harmful chemicals.
Are giraffe prints good for a baby boy nursery?
Giraffe prints are neutral and versatile, often featuring browns, greens, and yellows that work well for boys. Many sets also include other jungle animals for a cute safari theme.
How many crib sheets do I need?
We recommend at least two to three fitted sheets so you can rotate them during laundry. For a full set, a quilt and crib skirt are decorative but not necessary for sleep.
Can I use a quilt in my baby's crib?
No, quilts and blankets are not safe for sleep under 12 months due to suffocation risk. They can be used for tummy time or as a wall hanging in the nursery.
What is the best fabric for baby bedding?
Breathable, natural fabrics like organic cotton or bamboo are ideal. They are soft, hypoallergenic, and help regulate temperature. Avoid synthetic materials that can trap heat.
